• If you have scheduled a routine dental visit directly before your whitening session, be sure to take advantage of this appointment.
• For those with sensitive teeth, use a use a desensitizing toothpaste prior to the whitening procedure.
• Floss and brush your teeth well prior to the treatement

• Your Teeth Whitening technician will provide a detailed aftercare routine specific to your teeth.
