Before your appointment
• Ensure you're sufficiently hydrated before your appointment.
• Stabilize your blood sugar levels by eating a light, healthy meal.
• Ensure the registered nurse is aware of your medications, supplements, and medical conditions.
• Each session is 1 hour so wear comfortable clothing
After your appointment
• Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.
• Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours.
• Rest for a few hours - you deserve it.
• Avoid intense exercise for at least 24 hours so that your body can absorb the vitamins and minerals.
• Monitor your body for adverse side effects. If you experience anything unusual, inform your healthcare provider immediately.
